We open our garden to the public under the National Garden Scheme (The Yellow Book) – see our NGS website entry. In 2021 we will be opening the garden on the following dates:
- Sunday, 25th July, 2.00-5.30pm
- Sunday, 17th October, 1.00-4.00pm.
The admission price is £4 for adults and free for children. All of the proceeds will go to the National Garden Scheme. You may buy your tickets in advance here, or on the day by cash or card at the entrance to the garden.
Teas and refreshments will be available. All the proceeds (cash only accepted) will go to the Isabel Hospice.
Daisy Roots Nursery will be holding a Plant Stall .
We are also open from 1st July to 31st October for private visits, known also as ‘By Arrangement’ visits. You can contact us by email or by telephone to arrange an individual or group visit for up to 20 people. The admission price is £7 per person, and includes a personal introduction and tour of the garden. It also includes tea or coffee and cake. All the proceeds go to the National Garden Scheme.
We opened the garden on behalf of the National Garden Scheme for the first time in 2007. We have welcomed the following numbers of visitors annually in the years since then:
